Contact and support

Start with an immediate answer. Escalate when a person is needed.

The AdsPilot Assistant handles product, pricing, connection and workflow questions first. Personal support is primarily provided by email and prioritized by customer impact.

Product questions

Use the website assistant for public AdsPilot information. It cannot access your Amazon account or private customer data.

Account and personal support

Send the affected Seller ID or marketplace label and a concise description—but never credentials, tokens or payment details.

Critical access or outage

Check the public status page, then email us with “Critical” in the subject, the affected component and when the issue started.

Verified support intake

Place an issue in the support queue.

Choose the impact and describe one concrete problem. We verify your email before the request enters the queue, which reduces spam and keeps critical reports visible.

Never include: Amazon passwords, API credentials, access or refresh tokens, payment data, buyer information or complete order records.

For a simple email, you can still use contact@lipuma.de.

How support is prioritized

Critical

Sign-in failure affecting several users, unavailable Opportunity Center or a potentially unsafe execution path.

Operational

Connection, data freshness, billing or workflow behavior that blocks normal work.

Product guidance

Setup, feature, pricing and best-practice questions that do not block account operation.

We do not promise a universal six-hour or 24-hour response across every time zone. Critical issues are reviewed first; response time depends on impact, verification needs and current support capacity. No paid SLA applies unless it is explicitly agreed for an Enterprise scope.

Private Beta and seller access

Tell us which marketplaces you operate, whether the Seller IDs share common ownership and which decision problem AdsPilot should solve first.

Agency or Enterprise

Describe the number of third-party mandates or commonly owned Seller IDs, required reviewers, integrations and governance boundaries.
